Uyi joined the Technology and Innovation Development Office in early 2017. In her role, she drafts and negotiates material transfer agreements, sponsored research and collaboration agreements, non-exclusive and exclusive licenses, and other agreements in support of the Contracts team.
Prior to joining Boston Children’s Hospital, Uyi worked in the telecommunications industry. Uyi holds her BA from Dartmouth College, and her JD from Suffolk Law School, where she focused on Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Law. While pursuing her law degree, she served as a legal intern for an entertainment law firm, a student attorney at the Mashpee-Wampanoag District Court, and a Judicial Intern for the Boston Municipal Court, South Boston Division. Uyi is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
