Rong joined the Technology and Innovation Development Office (TIDO) of Boston Children’s Hospital in September 2022 as a Senior Licensing Manager. She has prior licensing and IP management experience at Partners Healthcare Innovation and the technology transfer office at Brandeis University, where she managed a diverse portfolio of inventions such as small molecules therapeutics, advanced materials, and diagnostic devices.
