Material Transfer Agreements
TIDO has a new online portal to request MTAs! Once you create an account and log in to Agreement Portal, click “Request an Agreement” on the left to request the applicable agreement (inbound or outbound MTA). The questions required to submit a request mirror the questions asked in the previously used MTA questionnaires.
After you have submitted a request for an MTA, you will receive automated emails to inform you of the team member who has been assigned to your agreement, status changes, and when the agreement has been executed.
If at any point in the process you encounter issues, please email MTA@childrens.harvard.edu so that we can troubleshoot.
Invention Disclosure

TIDO has a new invention disclosure intake portal! If you would like to submit your disclosure electronically, please visit the portal here.
On the landing page, select the option to “Request Account” which will generate an email allowing you to create an account and log in. Please note that accounts are for Boston Children’s Hospital PIs only and not for public use.
If you receive a message that your email is already associated with an account, click the “Forgot password?” link on the log-in page.
When prompted, enter your primary BCH email (firstname.lastname@childrens.harvard.edu), complete the image captcha question, and then click “Recover”, after which you will receive an email with a link to reset/create a new password.
The disclosure portal disclosure is designed to essentially mirror the paper disclosure, with a few tweaks to accommodate the technology.
