Rajinder Khunkhun, JD
Rajinder joined TIDO of Boston Children’s Hospital in 2010. His responsibilities involve assessing the patentability of potential hospital inventions and patent application drafting. Additionally, Rajinder works closely with hospital investigators and the licensing group in liaising with outside patent counsel.
Rajinder holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA from Colby College in Biology and Philosophy with a minor in Chemistry. Rajinder is a member of the Washington State and Massachusetts Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to attending law school, Rajinder worked for several years in the field of HIV vaccine research at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
