Connie joined TIDO at Boston Children’s Hospital in December 2009. She evaluates and markets inventions and technologies created by researchers and clinicians in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine and General Pediatrics. She negotiates agreements for collaborative and sponsored research with industry and to commercialize inventions and technologies in her portfolio. In addition, she manages, with Amy Miracco, the broad alliances between Boston Children’s and industry partners.

Prior to joining Boston Children’s, Connie worked at Partners HealthCare in the office of Research Ventures and Licensing where she managed a large caseload that included technologies developed by researchers in the Neurology and Nephrology departments at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Connie is a registered patent agent and has three years’ experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications at a genomics company. Connie earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a bachelor’s in chemistry from Boston University.
