Charlie Miller, PhD
Charlie joined the Technology and Innovation Development Office in 2017. His primary role in the office is to draft, negotiate, and manage material transfer agreements. He also works on other agreements, such as collaborations, in support of the Contracts team.
Prior to joining Boston Children’s, Charlie earned his PhD in genetics and molecular biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied the genetic underpinnings of evolutionary change and the use of gene modification through the CRISPR/Cas9 system to change behavior in Drosophila. He received a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
