Matthew joined the Technology and Innovation Development Office (TIDO) of Boston Children’s Hospital in September 2021. As a Strategic Alliance Manager, they are responsible for managing and growing pharmaceutical alliances that fund and support the impactful research happening at BCH.
Although they grew up in the Boston area, Matthew is a Tar Heel at heart and received their BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They received their PhD in Microbiology and Infectious Disease from the University of Georgia, where they were an NSF Graduate Research Fellow. Prior to joining TIDO, they further developed their healthcare and business acumen through growth strategy consulting.

Matthew is excited to be a member of TIDO and to contribute to the overall mission of BCH!
