Grace joined the Technology & Innovation Development Office (TIDO) in February 2021 as the program coordinator for the Technology Development Fund (TDF). She is responsible for coordinating the mentoring program.

Before joining Boston Children’s Hospital, she worked as the sole Associate of the Innovation Services team at the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (MassBio). In this role, Grace supported members of the ecosystem in their interactions with strategic mentors, potential collaborators or partners, and facilitated discussions between academic founders and their constituents inside and outside of academia. Prior to this, Grace was an events/programming co-chair for the Greater Boston chapter of the Association for Women in Sciences (MASS AWIS) where she developed programming for members to network and advance their careers.

She received her education on the West Coast from the University of California at Irvine (UC Irvine) in the field of biological sciences as a Phi Beta Kappa. In her free time, she volunteers with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), the Boston chapter of Women in Bio (WiB), and the Harvard Museum of Natural History (HMNH).
